How Do I Remove A Hierarchy Role in Bulk?

Removing a hierarchy role involves two steps:

1.  The first step involves uploading a hierarchy role file with the role assigned to single admin user.
2. This step would remove remove the role for all users but this admin user.
3. Once the import is complete, proceed to the admin user's profile and manually remove the role.
