Bell (My Rewards) T4/T4a Member Guide
Welcome to the Bell (My Rewards) T4/T4a Member Guide! Here, we will provide you with all the necessary information regarding your T4 and T4a slips.
Firstly, it is important to note that the tax year for Bell (My Rewards) is from January 1st to December 31st. The initial shipment of T4s will be sent out by mail during the week of February 21st.
If you redeemed $500 or more in rewards, you will receive a T4a slip. However, if you redeemed less than $500, you will not receive a T4a slip.
If you did not receive your T4 slip, please contact your dealer principal and manager for any T4s outside of MyRewards. For any inquiries regarding the breakdown or how much you need to pay, please log into your account and review your orders for that year. If you have any questions about the cost of merchandise rewards, they are based on MSRP.
If you believe you should have received a T4a slip and did not receive it, please contact customer service by clicking the Contact Us button at the bottom of your rewards account.
Please note that we cannot assist in completing your income tax forms. For further information, please refer to the Government of Canada Website at cra.gc.ca.
T4a slips will be sent to the address on your account. If you call in prior to February 21st, please confirm that the address on your account is correct.
