Chrysler FCA T4/T4a Member Guide


Welcome to the Chrysler FCA T4/T4a Member Guide! Here, we will provide you with all the information you need regarding your T4 and T4a forms for the tax year, spanning December to November.


The initial shipment of T4s will be sent out by mail the week of February 21st. If you have not received your T4 (regular income, not reward redemption), please contact FCA directly at 1-877-778-7669.


T4a’s will be sent out to all members who contributed, regardless of the amount. Previously, members would only receive a T4A if the contribution was over $500.00.


If you are inquiring about the breakdown or how much you need to pay, please log into your account and review your orders for 2021 (rewards based on MSRP).


If you received a T4a for more than the value of redemptions, this is possible, as FCA may have issued rewards outside of our system. For more information, please contact customer service using the Contact Us button available at the bottom of your rewards account.


If you need help filling out your taxes, please note that we cannot assist in completing your income tax forms. You can refer to the Government of Canada Website for further information: cra.gc.ca.


T4a’s will be sent to the address on file. If you call in prior to February 21st, please confirm that your address is correct on your account. You can update your address yourself through Dealer Connect.
