Why is an Order in New Status?

There are several reasons why an order from the silo is in new status:


  1. The order that was created with a catalogue that has hold orders enabled.
  2. The item being ordered is no longer available.
  3. A funding issue is preventing the order from being placed.
  4. There is a validation issue with the member's address or phone number
