A member is looking to place an order by purchasing points but is encountering the error message, "You do not have enough points to continue with this order. Please review your cart." This could be a setup issue and the following must be reviewed:

  • Confirm that the service provider is correctly setup in the silo, under program modules.
  • Ensure that the catalogue in question has point purchase enabled.
