Why Do I See a Charge on My Statement?

A member may submit an inquiry when they see a change on their statement from their financial service provider (IE Paypal). 


This line item on their statement may not be actually be a charge but instead be a pending authorization for payment. This can occur when a member is placing an order, authorizes the payment from their service provider but fails to submit their order. 


Also be advised that authorizations will typically expire in 30 days. If you wish to cancel the authorization ahead of the expiration, please contact customer service.
